Job Title: Complex Needs Teaching Assistant

Complex Needs Teaching Assistant – Enfield

Location: Enfield
Salary: £85 to £110 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

GSL Education is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive SEN setting in Enfield. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children with complex special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students with a range of complex needs, including PMLD, ASD, and physical disabilities.

Assisting with personal care and mobility needs where necessary.

Promoting inclusion and helping pupils engage in tailored learning activities.

Working closely with teachers and therapists to implement EHCPs.

Creating a safe and stimulating environment that encourages confidence and independence.

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience working in an SEN setting, preferably with complex needs.

Resilient, empathetic, and patient nature.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

Willingness to assist with personal care tasks.
