We are searching for a Complex Care Nurse to join a growing community complex care provider in Burton upon Trent. This Community Complex Care Nurse opportunity comes with a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per year, sociable working hours, a bespoke clinical induction, and excellent routes for progression within a growing provider.

In this Community Complex Care Nurse role, you will have the opportunity to provide care in a community setting on a wide variety of complex care packages. You will be joining a highly-regarded, growing team that is tailored to ensure they provide the highest standards of clinical care.

To give you an idea of how this Community Complex Care Nurse role would look, here are a few areas you can expect to work in:

1. Utilise complex clinical skills including tracheostomy care, ventilator care, and seizure management
2. Work closely and collaboratively with the wider MDT
3. Assess and develop person-centered care plans
4. Build strong and lasting relationships with service users and their families

To apply for this role, you will be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin, along with a full UK driving licence. You will also have a prior background in ICU, ITU, or complex care.
