We're on the hunt for dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Complex Care Assistants to join our vibrant team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients based in the Dorset area.

Shifts:

Night shifts: 22:00 - 07:00, 7 nights a week.

We provide kind, compassionate, and patient support that ensures the client feels comfortable and safe in our care. We strive to make a positive difference.

Responsibilities:

  • Support patients with daily activities, including medication administration and personal hygiene.
  • Maintain effective communication with residents and their families, fostering a supportive environment.

Role requirements:

  • 1 year of paediatric experience working in a health or social care setting as a Paediatric Complex Care Assistant.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to quality care and support.

You'll be providing care and support to clients whose individual needs include:

  • Tracheostomy
  • PEG Feeding
  • Seizure Management
  • Manual Handling
  • Oral Suction
  • Chest Physio PEP mask
