Pay Rates:

• Monday to Friday (Day): GBP15.00/hour
• Monday to Thursday (Night): GBP17.00/hour
• Saturday & Sunday (Day): GBP16.00/hour
• Friday to Sunday (Night): GBP18.00/hour
• Sleep-in on Call (Monday to Sunday): GBP13.00/hour
  Holiday Pay: Not included additional holiday pay scheme available
  Mileage: Reimbursed (rate to be confirmed)

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join a 2:1 care team supporting a young male client in Bath (BA2). You will work alongside a Nurse to ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered day and night.

About the Role:

This is a varied and rewarding role, supporting the client with both clinical and daily living needs. Duties include:

• Epilepsy management
• Catheter care
• PEG/Mikey Button feeding and medication administration
• Weight monitoring and nutrition support
• Community access and engagement in activities
• Supporting safe and meaningful day-to-day routines and overnight care

You will work as part of a consistent team delivering either 4-hour, 12-hour, or 24-hour shifts, depending on the care plan.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in complex care, particularly with PEG feeding, epilepsy, and catheter care
• A driver with access to a vehicle (essential due to location and shift patterns)
• A proactive, reliable, and compassionate approach to care
• Confidence working in a 2:1 team with clear communication skills
• Right to work in the UK
