Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Human Resources Director in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of talented employees.
  • Support employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and foster career growth.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Drive employee engagement and promote a positive work culture through effective communication and recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR practices with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR (preferred).
