The Role
As a Complaints Officer, you will take full ownership of the complaints process—from initial receipt to final resolution—ensuring all cases are handled fairly and in line with regulatory requirements. Your work will help maintain our client’s reputation for excellence while continuously improving processes.

• Managing the full lifecycle of customer complaints, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
• Investigating complaints thoroughly, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
