Complaints Officer

Looking for a Complaints Officer to join a leading Property Services Company based in Skelmersdale.

Offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000 + benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Your role will be to liaise with tenants regarding repairs, update on progress and make sure any complaints are received in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Be responsible for taking ownership and managing complaints through to resolution in line with policy.
• Ensuring agreed targets are delivered within your service area and complaints received in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Call handling and managing correspondence via email and phone.

Requirements:

• Previous experience within a similar role or industry, ideally Social Housing.
• Able to handle complaints effectively.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable with email and telephone conversations.
