Complaints Manager - Financial Planning & Wealth Management

Reporting into any of the following offices: Birmingham | Carlisle l Chester l Exeter l Leeds l London
IDEX Consulting are working in partnership with a leading Financial Planning Group who are in the process of bolstering their compliance team and have numerous newly created opportunities within the division, including a Complaints Manager.
Due to the nature of the role, the successful applicant must have hands on experience of handling Financial Advisory complaints.
Duties include;
Previous experience within a similar role is essential, due to the fast paced nature of the role. Ideally, you will experience within a DFM environment, with an understanding of Investment Management along with Financial Planning.
You will also be required to have a comprehensive understanding of the Financial Conduct Authority complaints requirements and regulatory reporting requirements.
