BDS are currently looking to recruit a Complaints Officer to work with a well-known housing association based in W6. We are looking for an experienced Complaints Investigator who will be responsible for investigating and resolving complaints in a fair and impartial manner. You will have a sound understanding of the regulatory timescales and deadlines associated with complaint resolution, and will be required to take case ownership and conduct a comprehensive investigation using all available information and documentation.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days in the office in W6. Pay rate: starting from £21.83ph PAYE or circa £28.70ph Umbrella. This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP. Apply now for immediate consideration.
