Reporting To: Associate Director, International & Compensation Strategy
Department: Human Resources
Location: Office based (either London, Barcelona or Stockholm) & hybrid work from home
As Compensation Manager you will act a subject matter expert for our King business and other Activision and Blizzard businesses across the EMEA region, partnering closely with regional HR teams, business leaders and stakeholders to advise on and deliver strategic compensation solutions that attract, retain, and motivate talent.
