As part of this exciting new position, you will take the lead in shaping and overseeing all aspects of compensation and benefits, from incentives to rewards and collaborative projects within Porsche Cars GB and Porsche Retail Group. You'll work hand-in-hand with both internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, to craft and roll out comprehensive compensation and benefit strategies. Your goal will be to create policies and programs that not only stand out in a competitive market but also engage and attract top talent in our ever-evolving industry.
