You'll lead the development and execution of compensation strategies, ensuring that our pay structures are competitive and equitable. Your work will involve conducting in-depth market analyses, managing job architecture and position evaluations, and overseeing the annual compensation review process. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in HR controlling and analytics, monitoring key metrics, and driving process improvements. Your expertise will also be essential in ensuring compliance with global and local regulations, managing payroll changes, and supporting international mobility processes.
