Our small but mighty Compensation & Benefits team in Basingstoke are looking for their fourth member! Do you have excellent Process Streamlining skills, a passion for Data Analysis, the ability to effectively prioritise your workload, and buckets of new ideas?

We are looking for someone who has had experience with countries across EMEA as this role offers the opportunity to not only participate in UK projects but to also ‘own’ a small handful of countries. However, we will also consider candidates who have had exposure to the world of Compensation & Benefits in some capacity, maybe you are currently an administrator, or a coordinator, or it is part of your HR role – we are quite open to finding the right person and training the skills that we can.
