Compensation and Benefits Specialist

A global FTSE listed multinational is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist with expertise in Job Architecture, M&A harmonisation, and building salary ranges.

This role is a FTC - 9-12 months and offers a highly flexible working from home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support global grading, compensation, and benefits harmonisation project across a range of workstreams.
• Support the design and implementation of a new job architecture framework.
• Develop and maintain new salary structures and pay ranges based on market data and internal equity considerations.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with HR partners, finance, and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation-related matters.
• Analyse compensation trends and make recommendations for adjustment.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of total rewards strategies.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst ideally with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, Job Architecture, and Salary Range Building.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel skills. Experience with HRIS (Workday and Success Factors) and compensation software is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus.
