Description

  1. Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  2. Conduct job evaluations and salary surveys.
  3. Ensure salary and benefits compliance with legal requirements.
  4. Manage job classification and salary grading systems.
  5. Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to forecast budget for compensation and benefits.
  6. Develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  7. Address employee queries regarding compensation and benefits.
  8. Stay updated on compensation and benefits trends in the financial services industry.

Profile

A successful Compensation and Benefits Manager should have:

  1. A degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Experience in designing and managing reward programs within the Financial Services.
  3. Hands-on experience with Long Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs).
  4. Strong understanding of Benefits and demonstrable current experience of working on Benefits Programmes.
  5. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  6. Strong understanding of UK compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
  7. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
