A boutique Corporate Services provider with offices in Belfast city is looking for an experienced Company Secretary to join their growing team.
They are seeking candidates with over 6 years of Company Secretarial experience, ideally with some transactional experience, and who come from a large financial services firm, law firm, corporate services provider, or similar. The candidate should also be ICSA qualified or in the process of obtaining this qualification.
