This is an exciting opportunity to join an established high street practice where you will work as a Company Commercial Solicitor within a growing team. This firm has real ambition and continues to grow year on year; you will play an important role in the future of the department as the team continues to expand.
The Company Commercial team provides expert advice to a range of clientele, ranging from start-ups to PLCs. Your caseload will be varied and will include, but will not be limited to:
- Shareholder and partnership agreements
- Commercial property
- Business contracts
- Commercial litigation
- Commercial debt recovery
This opportunity would suit a 2+ PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive with previous experience within a Commercial department.
