About You

• Applications are sought from Company Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE gained with another reputable team.
• You will have experience in contract drafting and review, business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, as well as expertise in compliance and risk management.
• You will also be confident in managing contentious matters related to intellectual property, employment, and regulatory disputes.
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
