Company Commercial Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Bedfordshire, £Highly Competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join this highly reputable commercial team to assist with a range of contentious and non-contentious company law matters. JOB REF:8702.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable regional firm with the chance to develop your knowledge across a broad range of company commercial matters.

1. Applications are sought from Company Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE gained with another reputable team.
2. You will have experience in contract drafting and review, business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, as well as expertise in compliance and risk management.
3. You will also be confident in managing contentious matters related to intellectual property, employment, and regulatory disputes.
4. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
