We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable Community Staff Nurses with a specialist tissue viability interest who are keen to support and deliver a range of quality nursing services to our patients within Kirklees. Responsibilities include:

  1. Undertaking duties involving delivery of nursing services and holistic assessments of patient's health needs using a person-centred approach.
  2. Providing quality and seamless nursing care to patients in clinic settings and patients' own homes.
  3. Coordinating care needs as appropriate, utilising wound, pressure ulcer, and leg ulcer management skills.
  4. Supporting the delivery of care in our Complex Wound and leg ulcer Clinics.
  5. Facilitating self-care for patients with long-term conditions, health promotion, and innovative activities that enhance patient service delivery.
