An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Stroke Reviewing officer to join our established Integrated Community Stroke Service to deliver six and twelve month post stroke reviews and support the therapy team to deliver rehabilitation into various community settings.
Our award winning Integrated Community Stroke Service delivers rehabilitation 8am-5pm, 5 days a week, including Bank Holidays. Weekend working may be required in the future.

The Community Health Services Division of NottsHC has an extensive portfolio providing childrens, adults and specialist services, covering a vast geographical area. The core component of the role will be to provide specialist assessment, signposting and support via a designated reviewing process at 6 and 12 months after stroke.
