Job Role: Community Nurse Location: Llandrindod Wells, Wales Working period: Full-time Working Hours: Hours up to 37.5 hours per week. Minimum of 22.5 for continuity Assignment Period: 1 month (4 weeks)

Key Responsibilities:
Administration of oral medications, insulin, SC & IM injections
Palliative care, including syringe driver management and symptom control
Catheterisation (male, suprapubic, and female)
IV administration
Leg ulcer management and wound care
Doppler training (desirable but not essential)
CHC nursing needs assessment (desirable but not essential)
What We Are Looking For:
NMC registered nurse (RGN)
Previous experience in a community setting
Ability to work autonomously and manage caseloads efficiently
Strong assessment and decision-making skills
Driving license and access to own vehicle is essential
