Job description

Job Title: Band 5 Community Nurse Block Booking Opportunity
Base: Llandrindod Well, Wales LD1 5HA
Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week (Minimum 22.5 for continuity)
Shifts: Service runs 7 days a week, 8 AM - 8 PM (flexibility considered)

Rates:
Day £23.00
Night/Saturday £30.00
Sunday £35.00

Responsibilities:
