An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and enthusiastic registered mental health Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist to join Grantham CMHT.
As a Community Mental Health Practitioner, you will manage a caseload, having the opportunity to provide a range of specialist mental health assessments and evidence-based, recovery-focused interventions. You will work collaboratively as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team with people with severe and enduring mental health difficulties and complex presentations, their carers and other agencies, enabling them to access mental health specialist support.
