£26 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) in CAMHS, you'll be at the heart of supporting children and young people facing mental health challenges. Your role will include:

1. Comprehensive mental health assessments to understand the needs of each young person.
2. Developing and delivering personalised care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
3. Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and emotional well-being.
4. Crisis intervention and risk management strategies to ensure safety and stability.
5. Working closely with families, schools, social workers, and external agencies to provide holistic support.
6. Maintaining accurate records in line with NHS standards and guidelines.
7. Empowering families and caregivers through guidance and psychoeducation.

What You'll Need:

1. NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
2. Experience in CAMHS or working with young people in mental health settings.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
