We’re looking for a Community Manager to help drive and nurture professional communities on LinkedIn at scale. In this role, you’ll empower members to share their expertise, build their professional brand, and contribute valuable insights to their industries. You’ll play a key role in identifying and onboarding new voices, supporting community programs, and collaborating with News Editors to amplify high-quality content on LinkedIn. This is an 11 month Fixed Term Contract.
You will join a dynamic team building something brand new in business news and views, and get a fast education in platforms and entrepreneurial content-centric community-building. LinkedIn’s 250+ Editors and Community Managers work around the globe: New York, San Francisco, London, Paris, Madrid, Milan, Dubai, Munich, Berlin, São Paulo, Bangalore, Singapore, and Sydney. They previously worked at media companies like Süddeutsche Zeitung, the AP, CNBC, Wired, Reuters, The Wall Street Journal and more. Our news editors help define the future of how professionals create, curate and consume business content. This is a team unlike any other in digital media, combining world-class journalism, relationship management, community development and technological collaboration.
You’ll report into the Editorial DACH management, getting to work with a group of journalists and creator management experts who reach the largest group of professionals ever assembled, building something brand new in business conversations and getting a fast education in platforms, digital media and community building.
