Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and manage unique communities, including the National Social Value Taskforce (NSVT), SVP Members, SPP Community, and other key networks.
  2. Own the communications strategy, crafting compelling content that fosters engagement and drives membership growth.
  3. Plan and execute engaging online and in-person events, including conferences, webinars, and meetings.
  4. Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and sales teams to ensure alignment and amplify impact.
  5. Manage community platforms and leverage tools like HubSpot and Salesforce to optimise outreach.
  6. Act as the voice of the community, providing feedback to improve products and services.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Proven experience in community management, with a track record of building communities from scratch.
  2. Strong marketing and communication skills, including social media and email campaigns.
  3. Event management expertise to coordinate high-quality events.
  4. Hands-on experience with CRM and email automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  5. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and project management abilities.
  6. A self-starter with the confidence to own a role and work autonomously.
  7. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (start-up or agency experience is a plus).

What’s in it for You?

  1. Competitive salary: £50,000–£60,000 per annum dependent on experience.
  2. 25 days holiday, UK bank holidays, your birthday off, and holiday increases after three years.
  3. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements to suit your lifestyle.
  4. Private medical insurance from day one and a £400 annual learning budget.
  5. Cycle-to-work and electric vehicle schemes.
  6. Generous parental leave, including six months fully paid maternity leave.
  7. Volunteering opportunities with six paid days per year to give back.
  8. An opportunity to make a real difference in an ethically entrepreneurial organisation.
