Full-time (Monday - Saturday) (Shift Pattern)

£23,000 Basic Salary

Uncapped Commission

£250 a month car allowance

About the Role:
  • You will be the brand's first contact with residents in our new build areas.
  • It will be your job to inform them of what building work to expect in their area over the coming months and provide them with more information about our ultrafast fibre network.
  • For us to be able to keep them informed of progress and when their home is eligible to go live, you will collect their basic contact details so we can keep them informed.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for people of all ages who are confident in their ability to hold a conversation with residents at their door or at local events – really is that simple.
  • When we are about to go live in an area, you will be responsible for capturing resident contact details that can help us understand broadband products used by local communities.
  • This is a field-based role so you will need to be able to drive, and ideally have good knowledge of the area.
  • Work towards weekly and monthly team conversation targets.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Must have a full driving licence.
  • You must be someone who enjoys conversations with new people.
  • Ideally some experience in sales/lead generation/customer service/field sales/telesales. However, this is not essential as full training is provided.
  • Good Knowledge of your local areas.
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and good work ethic are all essential.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.

This role would be ideal for anyone wanting to get into Sales or wants to gain more confidence!
