Community Host - Build to Rent

Leeds City Centre

£28,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

My client specialises in operating mixed use, residential and commercial communities. They create thriving and sustainable communities that consistently outperform.

Working at an amazing build to rent site in the centre of Leeds. Their stylish, modern and spacious apartments have exceptional amenities offering a safe place to call home amongst the hustle and bustle of city centre living. Their expertly managed team offers everything needed for a stress-free lifestyle.

This is an exciting opportunity to join their operational team at their site in Leeds as a Community Host.

We are looking for a new team member, who can be an integral member of their community team, to support delivering an outstanding customer service to their residents.

Each day will be unique, requiring an ability to prioritise, multi-task, think creatively, take initiative and ownership, and employ a diverse set of interpersonal and organisational skills.

You will bring positive energy to each conversation, resolve issues quickly and effectively, and make everyone feel welcome and appreciated.

It's about first impressions, so you'll take great pride in your presentation, and this will reflect in your front of house which you'll keep clean, smart and welcoming at all times.

Who we're looking for:

  1. Ideally, we're looking for a candidate that has experience in the BTR / PBSA sector or worked in the hotel / hospitality industry. My client will also consider candidates from a corporate reception environment or retail.
  2. Any experience of resident services, leasing, guest relations, sales, or marketing that demonstrates a customer service background.
  3. Be proficient in executing exceptional customer service within a customer facing role.
  4. Have excellent written and spoken English.
  5. Possess exceptional IT skills including MS Word, Excel & Outlook (training will be provided for our internal database system).
  6. Have excellent relationship building skills, both with entirely new and long term residents and team members.
  7. Be an efficient and organised individual with excellent communication skills and has a sensitive, professional and well-mannered nature.
  8. Be able to work exceptionally well within a team dynamic and contribute to an established open culture.
  9. Have the ability to follow company policies and procedures.
  10. Be extremely well presented.
