An established healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Community Healthcare Support Worker to join their dynamic team. The Moor to Sea Community Nursing Team are based at three sites in the South of Devon: Ashburton/Buckfastleigh, Dartmouth, and Totnes. Other than these small towns, our footprint is largely rural.
We are looking for a full-time Community Healthcare Support Worker (37.5hrs/PW) who is committed to high standards of care and who shows enthusiasm and a willingness to be a forceful advocate for the patients they look after.
We are focused on quality of care and offer a supportive network to allow any staff member to develop their potential through education and training alongside a friendly and supportive team.

The Moor to Sea Community Nurse team covers Ashburton, Buckfastleigh, Dartmouth, and Totnes and the surrounding areas. We are a busy, friendly, and supportive team, committed to staff development through education and training.
