What We Offer:

1. Competitive Salary: £26,956.80 (based on a 40-hour contract), plus mileage. Hourly rate of £12.96.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist individuals to live independently in their homes.
2. Provide support with daily routines, including personal care (showering, bathing, continence care).
3. Help with mobility and administer medication as needed.
4. Prepare meals, assist with light domestic tasks, and offer companionship.
5. Deliver care tailored to individual needs as outlined in their care plans.

Charmes Care supports the Isle of Wight community, covering areas like East Cowes, Cowes, Wootton, Binstead, Ryde, Seaview, St Helens, Bembridge, and Brading.
