About the Role:

My Client is seeking an experienced candidate to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of sustainable innovation by strengthening industry support for innovators, growing a thriving innovation community, and helping to remove barriers to bringing new solutions to market.

Through stakeholder engagement, strategic insight gathering, and event facilitation, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the innovation ecosystem is connected, informed, and empowered to drive the transition towards a greener sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the delivery of an action plan, ensuring alignment with industry needs and innovator feedback.
2. Improve support for innovators at all levels, helping to remove barriers to deployment.
3. Build and maintain relationships with innovators, industry leaders, and key stakeholders.
4. Gather and analyse insights to inform strategic direction and operational improvements.
5. Facilitate workshops, roundtables, and meetings to ensure innovators’ perspectives are heard.
6. Collaborate with the communications team to develop engaging content that promotes green innovation initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience in the regulated green industries.
2. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidentially with stakeholders at all levels.
3. A proactive team player.
4. Skilled in facilitation, able to lead discussions and workshops effectively.
5. Excellent written and personal skills.
6. Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
7. Project Management Experience.

Salary & Benefits:

• 25 days, plus the option to purchase additional leave.
