The post holder will be passionate about working with people from diverse groups and communities in different ways. A primary function of the community engagement team is to maintain consistent communication with a diverse array of community partners, organisations, and service users. This necessitates the creation and management of various media products tailored to the needs of our communities. The post holder will have drive and work in an innovative way to reach different groups and communities. To achieve this, it is essential to have a communications officer within the team who possesses a comprehensive understanding of the preferred communication methods of our diverse communities. This role also involves active engagement within the communities themselves.

Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience
