Role: Community Engagement and Communications Specialist

Rate: £35.91 up to £47.87 p/h

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Tadworth (hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Engagement and Communications Specialist to join the Content at Scale Team. This individual will play a crucial role in building and nurturing our community, activating users, and ensuring effective communication across various channels within the Adobe Program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, community management, and user engagement, with a focus on leveraging technology to enhance marketer processes and train them on both tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy to foster a vibrant and active user community within the Adobe Program that can advocate within the wider community of marketers.
  2. Create and deliver compelling communication materials, including newsletters, social media posts, and internal updates, to keep the community and the wider marketer community informed and engaged.
  3. Lead EU training and support of assigned markets and flex to cover other regions/time zones and markets as demand requires.
  4. Plan and execute community events, both online and offline, to encourage participation and strengthen community bonds.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, Digital, Marketing Technology and Commercial Operations, to align community engagement efforts with overall business goals.
  6. Monitor and analyse community feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve processes and Adobe platform.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Identify and nurture community champions and influencers to amplify our message and drive user activation.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management and communications to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
  10. Utilize Adobe tools to streamline content operations and enhance user experience within the Content at Scale Team.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in community management, communications, or a similar role.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Proficiency in using Adobe tools, social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  6. Creative thinker with a passion for community building and user engagement.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
