The Position
The purpose of the community coach is to promote, develop and coach cricket within Surrey. The successful coach will be coaching and developing on some of our key projects with our partners such as Chance to Shine, Lord’s Taverners, ECB and MCCF. The coach will be to help to inspire and support many key programmes which will help to increase the number of participants in cricket and retain them in the game.
The coach should be energetic and enthusiastic who has a passion to support and develop the game, working with multiple partners and organisations. The coach combines coaching and development work and will be responsible for engaging with participants of all ages across Surrey.
The Community Coach will be based at the Kia Oval office and focus on the 7 boroughs of south London during their working week.

Flexibility around working hours and locations within south London & Surrey are vital to the success of this role.
Satisfactory ECB DBS Check, First Aid, Safeguarding and the right to work in the UK.
From £28,808 dependant on experience.
5% Club Bonus Scheme.
23 days holiday increasing to 28 days based on length of service.
