We are currently recruiting carers for morning and weekend work; however, there are full-time opportunities available.

NNCA offers ongoing work and development opportunities for a dedicated carer.

We are able to offer immediate starts subject to completion of training and satisfactory references.

We are recruiting now for both experienced and inexperienced care workers across Northamptonshire.

COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS: You will be required to complete 2 LTF tests weekly supplied by the company.

Average hourly pay is £11 per hour. We offer excellent rates of pay with hourly rates starting from £10.55 and 30-minute visits starting from £7.50. Our full-time positions earn between £400 and £600 take home per week. A variety of hours are available to suit your own commitments.

Mileage is paid at 25 pence per mile.

We currently have vacancies for candidates who hold a valid driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.

Full training will be given to all staff, and a minimum amount of shadowing will be arranged with our current team.

Working in our sector requires an enhanced DBS - NNCA processes and pays for this for all staff.

Requirements

You will need to be of a calm nature and good at listening, along with being caring and compassionate about the clients you see.

A full driving licence is essential.

The successful applicant will be a good timekeeper and of a smart appearance.

No experience is required as full training and support will be provided.
