Salary: £13.00 weekdays £13.50 weekends

Your Responsibilities as a Community Care Worker:

  1. Assisting with personal care tasks with dignity, respect, and promoting independence.
  2. Supporting clients with medication management and administration and monitoring health conditions.
  3. Helping with meal planning, preparation, and ensuring dietary needs are met.
  4. Providing assistance with light domestic tasks to maintain a comfortable safe living environment.
  5. Engaging in meaningful companionship to enhance overall well-being.
  6. Full driving licence and car required for this role.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients’ families and healthcare providers.
