COMMUNITY CARE WORKER | Band 3 £12.31 - £13.13 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE AND WHAT TO EXPECT
We are currently looking for Community Care Workers to join our team. Your responsibilities will include providing compassionate care to clients, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for those in our care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
2. Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
3. Monitor and report changes in client’s health and well-being.
4. Maintain accurate records of care provided.
5. Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
No prior experience is needed as full training will be provided. A caring attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
