If you are on sponsorship with a Domiciliary Care Agency, but not getting the required hours, we would love to hear from you!

As a full-time Care Professional, you will have guaranteed contracted hours. You must be flexible regarding your hours of work and be available to work weekends as well as evenings.

Your tasks as a Care Assistant will include:

• Providing personal care
• Administering medication
• Assisting with daily living
• Being a friendly companion to our clients
• Preparing meals and monitoring clients' diets
• Assisting with appointments
• Ensuring that clients can remain independent in their own homes

A Care Assistant with Home Instead is someone who has a kind and compassionate heart, and wants to make a true difference to the quality of life for seniors. You will enjoy building professional and respectful friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others, with the ability to adapt to meet clients’ needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has at least one year of care experience in the past, whether in the domiciliary field, a care home, or a hospital setting.

To be considered for this role, you must already be in the UK and on Sponsorship. A driver's license and access to your own vehicle is beneficial.

An ideal candidate will have good people skills and be a warm and empathetic person, with a genuine passion for improving the lives of others.
