Position Summary:
The Outpatient Mental Health Therapist position provides mental health treatment services for youth, ages 2-18, and their families. The position is in-person, but clients can receive services in-person or via telehealth. Therapists work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and their clients may also access skills training, case management, SUD treatment services, and medication management. The therapist’s caseload size is 7-10 clients and dependent on each of their clients’ level of need (level of care) and engagement.
The community-based position provides short-term (typically 6-8 months) intensive mental health services for youth and families experiencing acute behavioral health and crisis support needs. This position includes an on-call crisis line rotation, and therapists receive a stipend for each week they are on-call.

Experience/Education Requirements:
Master’s level degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
Experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health, social services, educational, or other related setting.
