We have a fantastic new opportunity to join our Communities Team as a Community Asset Lead on a full time permanent basis.
This role will be based from our Basingstoke office, combining time in the office with working from home. There will be occasional travel across our geography, so you'll need access to transport and be happy to travel.
The starting salary is £36,000 - £42,000 depending on experience.
The Community Asset Lead will coordinate the identification, development and management of our community assets (community centres) across the SNG geography.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with key partner organisations, embedding SNG's community asset transfer policy and procedure, community foundation strategy and corporate plan.
You'll work closely with our Social Enterprise and Community Investment and Partnership Leads to maximise social investment opportunities to enhance local community development, build capacity within key anchor organisations, and adopt an asset-based community development approach to sustainable delivery.
You should have previous experience in Asset Management or Housing, managing and developing community assets within the context of community investment.
