Join our dynamic team as our new Communications & Engagement Manager (12 month maternity cover). You'll work across our Icon Group UK remit including Pharmaxo Healthcare and Icon Cancer Centres, leading impactful internal and external communication strategies that connect, inspire and elevate our presence across the UK healthcare landscape. As we continue to grow our footprint and impact across the UK, we’re looking for a strategic communicator to help tell our story.

What You’ll Do

1. Drive communication and engagement strategy across multiple brands including Icon Cancer Centre and Pharmaxo Group
2. Build engagement with staff, patients, referrers, customers, and healthcare partners
3. Craft content, lead event communications and manage brand visibility
4. Collaborate with global and UK leaders to deliver strategic campaigns

Who We’re Looking For

1. 5+ years’ communication experience, preferably in the UK healthcare sector
2. A strategic thinker and confident content and campaign manager, with a people-first mindset
3. Proven ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders

Benefits

1. Annual salary: £48,000
2. Annual leave of 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years’ service)
3. Annual company bonus scheme (subject to scheme eligibility)
4. Pension - you will be auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%). You can also opt to increase your contribution to 6% to which the employer will contribute 8%.
