Job Title: Communications & Engagement Assistant Apprentice - Level 4
Duration: 19 months
Starting Salary: £24,637 (subject to 2025 review)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:00
Location: Olive Grove, Sheffield, S2 3GE
What You'll Do: As a Communications Apprentice, your every day will be different! One day, you may be supporting Streets Ahead to deliver effective communications for customers and the client, and another you may be contributing to the development and delivery of targeted behaviour change campaigns and supporting the promotion of positive messages. You will also be involved in creating leaflets, posters, newsletters, web, and social media content, as well as contributing to the development and delivery of innovative plans for social media campaigns to increase awareness of key messages and services.

Qualifications: Minimum GCSE Maths at Grade 2 and English at Grade 4 or above. Apprentices must achieve level 2 English and Maths prior to taking their end-point assessment.
Skills: Reasonably good oral communicator. Can produce reports to a good standard. Networking, Problem Solving, Managing Change, Planning and organising, Passion for developing your skills both professional and personally.
Experience: Full driving Licence.
Behavioural competencies: Analytical Thinking, Problem reframing and resolution, Effective communication, Relationship Development, Communication, Adaptability, Drive & determination, Team player in both own team and across virtual teams.
