An established industry player is seeking a passionate Communication Support Worker to join their Autism Inclusion Team. This part-time role involves providing essential support to Autistic children, helping them thrive in an inclusive educational environment. You will collaborate closely with teachers and other support staff, delivering tailored mentoring and training to enhance understanding of Autism within the school community. We are looking to appoint a part time (19.5 hours, 3 days a week - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) Communication Support Worker to join the Autism Inclusion Team based at The Orme Academy, Wolstanton as soon as possible.
You will help provide high quality, inclusive educational experience for Autistic children/young people and work alongside the Specialist Teacher and other Communication Support Workers located at The Orme Academy High School Resource base.

Although this role is based within The Orme Academy, Wolstanton there might be incidences of cover support required around the county or to transport of students to events, so you must have daily access to a car.
