An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Communication Support Worker to join their Autism Inclusion Team. This part-time role involves providing essential support to Autistic children and young people, ensuring they receive a high-quality educational experience. You will work closely with a Specialist Teacher and other support staff, helping to create an inclusive environment and delivering Autism-specific training. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for inclusion, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners while being part of a supportive team.
We are looking to appoint a part-time (19.5 hours, 3 days a week - Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) Communication Support Worker to join the Autism Inclusion Team based at The Orme Academy, Wolstanton as soon as possible.
You will help provide a high-quality, inclusive educational experience for Autistic children/young people and work alongside the Specialist Teacher and other Communication Support Workers located at The Orme Academy High School Resource base.
