Job Description:

As part of Tikehau Capital’s Corporate and Internal Communications team, the Communications Officer plays a key role in managing the Group’s international media relations, corporate communication, social media and internal communication. Working closely with the Head of Corporate and Internal Communication, this role involves positioning the Group’s spokespersons in the media, overseeing the social media strategy, developing high-quality external content and supporting internal communication initiatives to engage employees and align them with the Group’s strategy. This role requires a proactive and adaptable communicator with strong attention to detail, excellent writing skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative mindset and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and coordinate across multiple teams are essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Media Relations:
    • Support the strategic direction for global media and press relations.
    • Manage media requests at the Group level.
    • Coordinate and work with PR agencies internationally.
    • Contribute to messaging and positioning for external communications.
    • Assist in positioning the Group’s top management and key spokespeople in the media.
    • Identify and support opportunities for key spokespeople to participate in high-profile industry and media conferences.
  2. Content Creation:
    • Support the writing, coordination, and production of corporate content, including:
      • Talking points.
      • Press releases and media scripts.
      • Corporate website management.
      • Biographies and top management profiles.
      • Annual Integrated Report.
      • Group presentations and other corporate materials, ensuring they are regularly updated to reflect the company’s messaging, brand identity, and latest developments.
      • Reviewing and refining content produced across the Group to maintain consistency with Tikehau Capital’s corporate voice, tone and messaging.
  3. Digital Communication & Social Media:
    • Define and implement the Group’s social media strategy.
    • Oversee the Group’s social media presence and content.
    • Manage and update the corporate website to ensure consistency and alignment with the Group’s messaging.
  4. Internal Communication:
    • Manage Tikehau Capital’s intranet, Tikelink, ensuring employees are informed and engaged.
    • Support the development of the internal communication strategy in coordination with the HR team.
    • Assist in producing internal communication content.
