Job description

This is an exciting and transformative time to join the University of Bath as we embark upon an ambitious phase of international growth and development.

Under the leadership of our new Vice-Chancellor and the appointment of a new PVC for Globalisation, we have set our sights on becoming a truly global institution with clear aspirations to strengthen our position in the QS Top 100.

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Communication and Engagement Manager to join our International Student Recruitment team.

About You

You will lead on a strategic and dynamic programme of communication and digital engagement activity for prospective international students, in support of our UG and PGT international recruitment objectives.

Working with recruitment and marketing colleagues, you will

  1. manage online events
  2. create and curate compelling content
  3. run communication campaigns
  4. evaluate the impact of recruitment-led engagement activity

You will have proven experience in an engagement/communications role, working with multiple stakeholder groups across teams and departments. You will have outstanding oral and written communication skills, with experience of developing engaging and compelling content for a range of audiences. In addition, your strong organisation and project management skills allow you to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
