Responsibilities:

• Motivated self-starter. Able to work on own initiative
• Evidence of engineering aptitude an advantage
• Good commercial awareness and analytical approach
• Experience of working in busy manufacturing purchasing environment preferred (min 5 years)
• Assertiveness in face to face and supplier transactions
• Confident negotiating style (Internal / External)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Awareness of importance of standard operating procedures
• Driving License
• Team player
• SAP Skills / Experience preferred.
• CIPS professional qualification preferred (or equivalent)
