An exciting and rare opportunity to join one of the UK’s largest care providers! You will have the opportunity to commission a new elderly nursing home in Oswestry. You will ideally have commissioning experience; however, it is not essential. The provider will consider non-nurse qualified managers as long as you have previously managed a nursing home.

Job Requirements of the Commissioning Care Home Manager:

• Day-to-day running of the home
• Staff management, appraisals, and training
• Marketing and increasing occupancy
• Care plans, reviews, and meetings

Skills/Qualifications of the Commissioning Care Home Manager:

• Previous managerial experience
• Hands-on practical approach
• Sound knowledge of Care Standards
• Dynamic and enthusiastic
