My client is looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to work on critical and innovative projects throughout the M3/M4 corridor.

As a Commissioning Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end commissioning process for complex MEP services, from pre-construction planning through installation, testing, and final handover.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the commissioning strategy and manage execution across all project phases.
2. Carry out commissionability reviews and create commissioning plans and reports.
3. Chair commissioning meetings, maintain issue logs, and manage all test documentation.
4. Oversee testing stages (Levels 1–5), including FAT, SAT, and IST.
5. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to keep everything on track.
6. Monitor progress, report regularly, and ensure full health & safety compliance.
7. Support training delivery, O&M documentation, and handover processes.

The Person:

1. ONC, HND, or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
2. A proven background in commissioning management for MEP systems.
3. Experience working in critical environments (e.g., data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial).
4. Right to work in the UK.
5. Driving License.
